“At Kentuene, the dish of spider crab has been a tradition from generation to generation”
Without a doubt, the restaurant is best-known for its spider crab. The elaboration of this dish is a tradition, and we have been preparing it with the same love since our opening day.
In fact, the name of the restaurant, Kentuene, comes from de Celtic KENTUOLLO (which means spider crab). Joining the root KENTU and the suffix –ENE (home in Basque), we find the name KENTUENE, which could be translated as “the house of the spider crab”.
